Update Information:

This update: - fixes the default charge theme to not pulsate and look
generally broken. - adds a /boot/plymouth-initrd.img that combined with some
later grubby changes will allow us to push plymouth updates immediately without
waiting for the next kernel update. - fixes plymouth-update-initrd to work
properly with dracut (regression from fedora 13) - add some Requires: to
hopefully fix bug 623584
