Update Information:

The gnome-panel release to go with GNOME 3.0.
This update includes the last round of changes to make the GNOME 3 fallback mode more similar to regular GNOME 3. 

Note for users who had gnome-panel 2.91.93 installed:
You won't have the new default layout, and applets will not be positioned like they were. You must manually fix the layout, either by using Alt+right-click on the panels, or by running the following commands and then restarting the panel.
* gsettings reset org.gnome.gnome-panel.layout object-id-list
* gsettings reset org.gnome.gnome-panel.layout toplevel-id-list
