MVP is a mechanism for loading configuration (or other information) for
libraries. It doesn't read a file or a database. It's a helper for
things that do.

Update Information:

This update is a pre-requisite for Moose 2.0000. It also includes:
* when throwing "package not installed", add a "package" attribute to Error
* add Config::MVP::Error for common exceptions
* allow class loading and class-not-found handling to be subclassed

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update perl-Config-MVP' at the command line.
