An update to the latest upstream bugfix release of git-cola, fixing some more bugs with file/folder names containing non-ASCII characters and the 'Clone' button in the startup dialog, and ensuring git-cola always prompts for the repository when run from the menu (even if the current directory happens to be a repository clone).
