Update Information:

This update contains the latest stable release of Apache httpd.  

suexec support was fixed, and IPv6 support was backported to logresolve.

Changes made upstream include the following:

* core: send 408 errors for request timeouts
* htpasswd: default algorithm is changed to MD5
* core: AllowEncodedSlashes supports "NoDecode" option
* mod_rewrite: allow unsetting env vars
* core: add SuExec directive
* mod_proxy: disable worker on SSL handshake failure
* prefork: have children terminate quickly on graceful restart
* mod_ssl: fix handling of incomplete reads w/ reverse proxy
* mod_autoindex: fix merging of IndexOptions directive
* mod_cache: don't pass through 304 responses
* mod_dav: send 400 errors for malformed requests
* mod_userdir: enhance UserDir merging
* core: honor AcceptPathInfo during internal redirects
