Seed is a library and interpreter, dynamically bridging (through

application to be extensible in JavaScript.

Update Information:

- update to seed 3.1.1
- multilib fix; seed.x86_64 and seed.i686 now parallel-installable
- seed-doc no longer depends on gtk-doc

Note that this release is not fully functional due to some introspection changes that have not been fixed properly upstream.
