- ease-devel: Place VAPI files in unversioned directories; own the path
- on F-14: use -export-dynamic instead of --export-dynamic (backported fix from F-15 and later)

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update ease' at the command line.
