Update Information:

This update introduces new sub-packages, qt-assistant, qt-config, and qt-designer-plugin-phonon, so that qt-x11 doesn't also pull in all of phonon and qtwebkit.  It also merges qt-sqlite content into the main pkg, simplify packaging so other consumers can safely assume it present without extra dependencies.
