Update Information:

Combination bugfix and enhancement upgrade.  The package has been updated to the latest upstream version, released November 03, 2010.  The package also includes fixes for linking errors that cropped up when building other programs against libphidget.  Linking to libphidget now works from c++ and python as expected.
