SVN 20101203 contains the following upstream changes:

- Support PostgreSQL 9.0 (EJAB-1359) (thanks to Stephen Gibberd and Konstantin Nikiforov)
- Support for NULL type (thanks to UJvu)
- Replace TYPE/1 with is_TYPE/1 (EJAB-922)
