Update Information:

- Eenable SSE2 only on x86_64 by patching config.h both for i686 and x86_64. This fixes conflict cryptopp-devel i686 and x86_64.
- TestVectors and TestData added in cryptopp-progs
- cryptest patched for using data files in /usr/share/cryptopp
