Update Information:
This update fixes following issues:
* telnet client was not interruptable when specified -b option with specious argument (BZ#704604)
* it was impossible to debug IPv6-listening telnetd daemon. Now it is possible when telnetd is started with the "-debug6" option. (BZ#674942)
