skstream is an iotream C++ socket library and is recommended for use as a
transport for Atlas-C++. It is capable of creating iostream-based socket
connections for both clients and servers.

Update Information:

This group of updates is primarily to update the world forge stack to something reasonable, update the ogre libraries and get a version of vegastrike out that doesn't crash immediately. Some other stuff needed to get rebuilt along the way.
