Update Information:

This update contains fixes to the rpm macros included in the mingw32-filesystem package, and is necessary for producing correctly named -debuginfo subpackages for new packages that follow the new SRPM naming standard (mingw- prefixed source packages and mingw32-prefixed binary RPMs).

In addition, the update also adds support for the new "fileattr" based dependency extractor in RPM 4.9.
