Update Information:

Fixes upstream bug where preferences was not getting saved when set to backup to external drives.  Details at https://bugs.launchpad.net/deja-dup/+bug/774897.  Many translation updates as well

How to test:

Set deja-dup to backup to external drives.  Close preferences and open it again and check that the preferences have been saved and not reverted to Amazon s3 which is the default setting
