Network Security Services (NSS) is a set of libraries designed to
support cross-platform development of security-enabled client and
server applications. Applications built with NSS can support SSL v2

v3 certificates, and other security standards.

Short term fix for ssl test suites hangs on ipv6 type connections

Add requires for pkcs11-devel on nss-softokn-freebl-devel

Run the test suites in the check section

Fix cms headers to not use c++ reserved words

Fix to swap internal key slot on fips mode switches

Fix infinite recursion when encoding NSS enveloped/digested data
