The initscripts package contains the basic system scripts used to boot
your Red Hat or Fedora system, change runlevels, and shut the system down
cleanly.  Initscripts also contains the scripts that activate and
deactivate most network interfaces.

Update Information:

This is the latest upstream initscripts release which fixes a variety of bugs.
Among these, KVM module autoloading and SELinux autorelabel support have been fixed.

su -c 'yum update initscripts' at the command line.
