Update Information:

These updates to OpenBabel and Avogadro fix 4 regressions resulting from the upgrade to OpenBabel 2.3.0 during Fedora 15 development:
* The plugin directory location was set incorrectly in OpenBabel.
* Due to a stricter API in OpenBabel 2.3.0, the obenergy command-line tool shipped with OpenBabel was unable to list the supported forcefield plugins.
* Due to the same stricter API, Avogadro's forcefield extension was not working.
* Due to the same stricter API, Avogadro's builtin autooptimization tool was not working.
