A minor bug-fix release. From the release announcement:
* Better testing configure options: --enable-tests=yes/no/full
* Cleanup documentation warnings.
* Better fix for dbus threading race condition.
* Add some code to debug to syslog in emergency situations.
* Add debugging instrumentation to operations.
