Update Information:

This update drops the confusing Fedora-specific "System Settings" menu category (which showed up as "Administration" in previous releases where redhat-menus was installed by default), changing the menu to match upstream KDE's menu structure exactly.

It also includes an upstream fix for Solid::Networking::status() sometimes returning Solid::Networking::Status::Unknown (kde#270538).
