dconf is a low-level configuration system. Its main purpose is to provide a
backend to the GSettings API in GLib.

Update Information:

This update fixes a thread-safety problem that could lead to crashes in GSettings-using applications. It also contains various other improvements:
* dconf commandline tool is vastly more friendly now
* support for sysadmin lockdown
* the editor now properly reads installed enum xml files
