Update Information:

Note that the changelog incorrectly identifies this as 2.6.38.6-28, but I did not believe a rebuild was worthwhile to change a single byte. Drops patches merged between -rc1 and stable 38.6, as well as fixing an iwlwifi issue, an bug in the intel_ips driver, and backports a patch from upstream to fix an issue with the hp_sw driver.
