Update Information:

This is a new rewrite of fedpkg (part of fedora-packager) that uses the pyr=
pkg backend. It requires an updated GitPython which brings in some new pac=
kages as well (python-gitdb, python-async, python-smmap). The new GitPytho=
n has some API changes so please let me know if there are any other consume=
rs of GitPython that need updating.

Updated rpkg and fedpkg builds to fix issues found in this update.
