This update:
* fixes an aliasing issue in qlocale.cpp,
* builds the qt3-sqlite subpackage against the system sqlite2,
* fixes an annoying compiler warning in the installed qimage.h header (by a=
dding a pair of parentheses),
* includes some minor packaging cleanups.
