A set of macros for building GHC packages following the Haskell Guidelines
of the Fedora Haskell SIG.  ghc needs to be installed in order to make use of
these macros.

Update Information:

- Base package now installs all of ghc, including new ghc-compiler and ghc-libraries subpackages
- Add HaskellReport license tag to subpackages with Haskell Report code
- Support armv5tel arch (Henrik Nordström)
- Dependency autogeneration for bootstrap builds
- Use system libffi also on secondary archs (except ppc for now)
