Update Information:

This update fixes two regressions which slipped into 3.0.3 release:

a) detached instances in local (On This Computer) calendars were changed in a way that they had regenerated their UID, thus they behaved independently from the master object, thus the instance there were modifying were repeated twice in the calendar. This change was done on calendar first opening.

b) Birthday&Anniversaries calendar didn't show any events
