Update Information:

This freeze override fixes 3 bugs in QtOctave:
* The filters for *.m files in file dialogs were wrong. (http://bugs.debian.org/620062)
* QtOctave used to crash when closing a dock tool within the first 5 seconds. (#722986)
* The Octave help didn't work with a current version of Octave as shipped in Fedora. (#737297)
