Update Information:

This update backports fixes for the following two issues from upstream git:
- brightness restored to maximum after inactivity even when dimming is disabled
- brightness restored even if it was never set (because the screen did not have to be dimmed)

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update gnome-settings-daemon' at the command line.
