Update Information:

This is major upgrade of picard that allows picard to again
work with the Next Generation Schema in the main MusicBrainz database:
http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Next_Generation_Schema.
It also may fix a number of existing bugs in the Fedora package,
and these have been marked in this update.  Please check that your
bug is fixed, and if not, note it in your bug.
Please also note that if you have installed third-party addons
to this package, you may need to wait until those repos have been
also updated with the new add-on version that works with picard
0.15.1
