The IcedTea-Web project provides a Java web browser plugin, an implementation
of Java Web Start (originally based on the Netx project) and a settings tool to
manage deployment settings for the aforementioned plugin and Web Start
implementations.

Update Information:

Rebuild against java-1.6.0 so that the plug-in works with java-1.6.0-openjdk.
This update fixes dependencies so that java-1.7.0-openjdk is correctly pulled in during installation.

Additionally, it allows icedtea-web to work with just the JRE installed.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update icedtea-web' at the command line.
