Update Information:

Both mingw32-gcc and mingw32-runtime ship a float.h header. This update fixes the headers so that the one from mingw32-runtime takes precedence, making it possible to use the win32-specific extensions from that header.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update mingw32-runtime' at the command line.
