Netcf is a library used to modify the network configuration of a
system. Network configurations are expressed in a platform-independent
XML format, which netcf translates into changes to the system's
'native' network configuration files.

Update Information:

This update solves several small problems: 1) always add a <bridge> element even if there is no physical device attached to the bridge. 2) don't log an error if an interface isn't found during status reporting (Bug 728702) 3) add stdout/stderr to error text when an external program (e.g. /sbin/ifup) fails 4) improve error reporting of failed execs. 5) remove unnecessary "Requires" of libxml2 and augeas from pkgconfig file (this is Bug 662056 filed against F14)
