Update Information:

Add separate rpm macros for the hardening flags, to make it easier to apply them selectively within a package's objects.
Update the logic for _hardened_build to be a bit more robust
Adds macro magic to enable PIE and BIND_NOW protection if _hardened_build is defined in the specfile.
