Name        : perl-common-sense
Product     : Fedora 17
Version     : 3.5
Release     : 1.fc17
URL         : http://search.cpan.org/dist/common-sense
Summary : "Common sense" Perl defaults
Description :
This module implements some sane defaults for Perl programs, as defined
by two typical (or not so typical - use your common sense) specimens of
Perl coders:

  use strict qw(vars subs);
  use feature qw(say state switch);
  no warnings;

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

This update, to the latest upstream release from CPAN, includes localization of $^W so that common::sense doesn't get in the way of module authors that choose to use it.

The update also merges the tests sub-package back into the main package.

For the Fedora 15 and EPEL-6 updates, the number of warnings categories enabled by common::sense has been reduced since the previous version, as the warnings have been found to be over-sensitive in some common-sense applications.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update perl-common-sense' at the command line.
