Fix upgrade path for people updating from the mingw-w64 testing repo and added win64 support to mingw-libgnurx, mingw-libssh2, mingw-curl and mingw-gtkhtml

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update mingw-libssh2' at the command line.
