Update Information:

Depend on docbook-dtds so that xsltproc validation wouldn't have to download DTDs. Koji doesn't have network access, so this will avoid build time validation warnings in packages that use gnome-doc-utils.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update gnome-doc-utils' at the command line.
