writes anything the GStreamer library can.

Update Information:

This fixes a problem that only occurs if user tries to "Add Files" from within a missing/empty list of recently used folders. 

A second issue that has been fixed is activating resampling without choosing a target sample rate.

Test-cases in bug tickets.
