Update Information:

This update updates the tags for GTK2 which were 2.20 for a while. This
caused confusion for developers already writing code using newer
GTK2 versions. The tags for GTK2 are now 2.24 and thus, compatible
with the latest GTK2 version available in Fedora.
This update brings tags for Xfce 4.8. This will be useful if you're
developing with/for Xfce.
