Update Information:

New upstream bugfix release with a few small enhancements.

New target "gitbuildhash" to print out the git hashsum used to build a particular n-v-r

clog now prints out a more git like changelog entry

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update rpkg' at the command line.
