- Make sure the i686-w64-mingw32-lrelease and x86_64-w64-mingw32-lrelease tools call i686-w64-mingw32-qmake-qt4 and x86_64-mingw32-qmake-qt4 instead of just qmake
- Add QMAKE_DLLTOOL to the mkspecs profiles

su -c 'yum update mingw-qt' at the command line.
