Summary     : Manage perl installations in your $HOME
Description :
perlbrew is a program to automate the building and installation of perl in
the users HOME. At the moment, it installs everything to ~/perl5/perlbrew,
and requires you to tweak your PATH by including a bashrc/cshrc file it
provides. You then can benefit from not having to run 'sudo' commands to
install cpan modules because those are installed inside your HOME too. It's
almost like an isolated perl environments.

Update Information:

This update to perlbrew includes:
* cpantester-error fixes
* csh support.
* Fix a bug that perlbrew failed to resolve version number when dist path contain "perl5"

The Capture::Tiny update includes:
* When capture or tee are called in void context, Capture::Tiny skips reading back from the capture handles if it can do so safely
* Avoids reopening STDIN while setting up a capture, which avoids some problems with pathological tied filehandle implementations such as in FCGI

The File::Path::Tiny update breaks out rm() code into empty() type function.

And the Devel::PatchPerl update includes updated Linux hints which includes gcc search libraries localisation fix.
