Update Information:
This update fixes a bad Requires that could drag 32-bit gcc into a 64-bit system (bz 831383). It also applies multiple fixes from bz 821183, including a fix for broken signal handling in some contexts. Finally, this build is against a fixed gc library, which addresses bz 822296.
