Update Information:

This is an update that supress displaying power consumption when on AC. In this case the battery charging rate was displayed instead of overall power consumption which was misleading and not compatible with previous powertop 1 behaviour. For more details see the linked bugzilla. This update also adds commands for reproducing the tunings into html log - feature backported from f17.
