Release : 1.fc17
URL : http://kitenet.net/~joey/code/os-prober/
Summary : Probes disks on the system for installed operating systems
Description :
This package detects other OSes available on a system and outputs the results
in a generic machine-readable format. Support for new OSes and Linux
distributions can be added easily.

Update Information:

Updated to latest upstream version 1.53 with a bug fix
This update gives os-prober the ability to detect the dummy OS X partitions in Fedora images. This will stop entries being added to the bootloader menu for 'OS X' installations when a Fedora USB key is plugged in at the time of bootloader configuration generation.
