vi editor.  Vi was the first real screen-based editor for UNIX, and is
still very popular.  VIM improves on vi by adding new features:

Update Information:

This update fixes several issues
- segmentation fault when the colorcolumn parameter is used
- crash when using FileReadCmd autocmd that does :e {file}
- GTK gives an error when selecting a non-existent file
- crash when doing ":python print", compiled with gcc -O2
- scrolling back at the more prompt shows the wrong text
- crash when using ":redraw" in a BufEnter autocmd
- when using ":loadview" folds may be closed unexpectedly
- crash when calling smsg() during startup
- re-allocating memory slows Vim down
- undo broken when pasting close to the last line
