Update for creating bootable mac images
Fix DVD on USB problem when not formatting, EFI BOOT case change. Add
option to turn on yum plugins for livecd-creator.
Here is where you give an explanation of your update.
Remove 2-partition hack. Copy repodata for F17 isos.
