Oxygen-Gtk is a port of the default KDE widget theme (Oxygen), to gtk.

It's primary goal is to ensure visual consistency between gtk-based and
qt-based applications running under KDE. A secondary objective is to also
have a stand-alone nice looking gtk theme that would behave well on other
Desktop Environments.

Unlike other attempts made to port the KDE oxygen theme to gtk, this
attempt does not depend on Qt (via some Qt to Gtk conversion engine),
nor does render the widget appearance via hard-coded pixmaps, which
otherwise breaks every time some setting is changed in KDE.

Update Information:

oxygen-gtk2 - version 1.2.4: this is the fourth monthly bugfix release of the gtk2-1.2 series, for GTK 2.x applications.

It includes notably the following fixes and improvements: 

- fix blacklisting of widgets to window dragging, and added support to set a Gtk property on widgets to disable dragging from them;
- fix disabling of list's inner shadows for too old versions of gtk, that do not support it;
- fix rendering of menu items in some GtkOption widgets.

oxygen-gtk3 - version 1.0.4: this is the fourth monthly bugfix release of the gtk3-1.0 series, for GTK 3.x applications.

It includes notably the following fixes and improvements: 

- fix some rendering issues with evolution and gtk3_preview (from KDE's "gtk configuration" configuration tool);
- fix some rendering issues with Gtk3's Assistant sidebar list;
- properly update Spinboxes button icons, depending on the widget state;
- fix crash related to multi-column combo boxes lists;
- fix the buttons order in Gtk3's standard dialogs;
- fix rendering of dockable toolbar handles;
