The Compress::Raw::Zlib module provides a Perl interface to the zlib
compression library, which is used by IO::Compress::Zlib.

This update fixes IO::Compress::Zip to force a ZIP64 archive when it contains ≥ 0xFFFF entries, and corrects some documentation.
