Update Information:

This update contains the following fixes:
* don't restart NM on package updates
* fix carrier handling on devices that don't support it
* fix a problem with terminating NM via SIGTERM
* correct number of issues in libnm-glib
* fix nscd condrestart for systemd installations
* ignore duplicates in NMIP[46]Config
* handle 'biosdevname' interface names better in ifnet plugin
* allow some same-state transitions in DHCP

And it adds some enhancements:
* possibility to connect to new Wi-Fi networks using nmcli
* add native support for ADSL modems using PPPoE or PPPoATM
* GUI allows appending manual DNS servers,domains in auto mode
