This update contains the following fixes:
* fixes a problem with terminating NM via SIGTERM
* corrects number of issues in libnm-glib
* fix nscd condrestart for systemd installations
* ignores duplicates in NMIP[46]Config
* handles 'biosdevname' interface names better in ifnet plugin
* allows some same-state transitions in DHCP

And it adds some enhancements:
* possibility to connect to new Wi-Fi networks using nmcli
* add native support for ADSL modems using PPPoE or PPPoATM
* GUI allows appending manual DNS servers,domains in auto mode
